Ambika Collections is a home-based business in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, selling handmade bangles, earrings, necklaces, jhumkas and hair accessories. You can reach us at supportambikacollections@gmail.com.

Every piece is made by hand, so small variations in colour, finish, stone placement and size are normal and are not defects. Photographs are taken as accurately as we can manage, but screens differ and a real piece will never match an image exactly.

If a piece is genuinely faulty or is not what you ordered, that is different — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout, including delivery and any Cash on Delivery fee, is the price you pay — there are no charges added later.

We are not currently registered for GST, so we issue a plain bill rather than a GST tax invoice.

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds, or once you place a Cash on Delivery order. We may cancel and refund an order in full if an item turns out to be unavailable, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we will tell you why.

Stock is limited and many items are one of a kind. An item is reserved for you only once your order is placed — adding it to your cart does not hold it.

We accept UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery on orders up to ₹5,000 for a handling fee of ₹50, shown as its own line at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready — couriers may not carry change.

We ship across India only, through Shiprocket. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days — every piece is checked by hand before it goes out.

Delivery estimates are the courier's, given for your specific pincode, and run from dispatch rather than from when you order. You can check the estimate for your area on any product page before ordering.

Delivery is free on most orders. We cover the first ₹70of the courier's charge ourselves. Where a remote pincode costs more than that, the difference is shown as a delivery charge at checkout before you pay — never added afterwards.

Once your parcel is with the courier we email you the tracking number, and you can check any order at Track Order with your order number and phone number.

You can order as a guest. If you create an account, keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens through it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

The product photographs and text on this site are ours. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. In practice, please write to us first — almost everything is quicker to sort out directly.
