Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order yourself, free of charge, at any time before it is handed to the courier. Open Track Order with your order number and phone number, and use the Cancel option.

Once the order has been dispatched, the Cancel option is no longer available. Write to us at supportambikacollections@gmail.com and we will help where we can, though we cannot recall a parcel already with the courier.

If you paid online, a cancelled order is refunded in full. Cash on Delivery orders are not charged at all.

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. All items are eligible.

Request the return from your order page, telling us what is wrong. We may ask for photographs of the item and its packaging before approving, so we can confirm it is in its original condition. Once approved, we will arrange the pickup with you.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. The item must come back unused and in its original condition, with its packaging.

If an item reaches you damaged or is not what you ordered, that is our mistake, not a return — tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid.

Refunds are issued once we have received the returned item and checked it. For orders paid online, the money goes back to the account or card you paid with and typically appears within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we will ask for your UPI ID or bank details to send the refund, since there is no original payment to reverse.

Delivery charges and the Cash on Delivery fee are refunded only where the return is due to our error.
