We are a small home-based business, so you will be talking to the person who made your jewellery. We read every message.

We reply within 1 to 2 working days. Please include your order number — it is in your confirmation email and on your order page, and it makes everything faster.
You can also simply reply to any order email we send you; those replies reach the same inbox.

Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
We sell online only and ship across India — there is no shop to visit and we are not set up for collection.
Before you write
Some things you can do yourself, straight away:
- Track your order with your order number and phone number — no account needed.
- Cancel an order yourself, from that same page, any time before dispatch.
- Check our refund and returns policy, or the shipping and delivery section of our terms.
Something wrong with your order?
If an item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid.
